Our story

The number was right. Nothing changed.

Most analytics functions can improve a forecast without asking anyone's permission. Almost none can point at the order quantity, the staffing plan or the price that moved because of it. That gap — between a number that is correct and a number that alters what a company does on Monday morning — is the whole of what this practice is for.

Which is why the work is published rather than described. Twenty-two analyses on public data, with the findings, the method and the limitations in the open, including the ones that went against us: a method we built that lost to a naive rule, a repricing case whose confidence interval spans zero, a forecast that beats its baseline by less than you would like.

We do not sell software, resell anyone else's, or take a fee for pointing you at a platform. Client engagement detail is published only with the client's agreement, which is why this site leads with public-data work instead: every figure computed, and the code that computes it.

Talk to the person who would do the work.

Book a 20-minute scoping call with the principal who would run your engagement — not a salesperson. You leave with a one-page view of the opportunity, at no charge.
